By releasing of the third part Fox had already been 29 and the age difference became more noticeable. But that didn’t influence on the popularity of the trilogy somehow.

The thing is that in the film he had to play a 17 years old student of a high school, but Pattinson was 22 by that time. His hero also couldn’t become older, which also added some difficulties while making the film. When the final part of the film was shooted, Robert was 26 years old then.

These guys both played a role of Spiderman. In spite of their baby faces, it wasn’t difficult to recognize in 26 years old Tobey Maguire a person, who is much older than 17. Andrew Garfield, who had picked up the torch and played the spider in a new film, was 29 years old already.
